Cannot add products to cart that have BOD as well as a different sku (Minimal Theme and Blocks)

Custom three tier navigation, Contact Us, Return Policy, and FAQs hidden from top nav (Blocks)

Subcategories have custom images. If category or subcategory names are changes this will break

/*If the user has a “BOD” sku item in their cart, the “Shipping charges to follow on invoice” custom shipping method is automatically selected and the Shipping Method is skipped.
Instead of the usual synopsis in that section, it says “Shipping charges to follow on invoice” and the edit button is hidden from the section.
If the user does not have a “BOD” sku item in their cart, the “Shipping charges to follow on invoice” custom shipping method is hidden and not available to them.
They must select a Shipping Method as usual.*/ This customization was removed 12/4/19 as requested #859

Shipping Note for Support:

This store uses UPS integration to charge the shopper for shipping (non-BOD items) and then the Admin manually changes the shipping method to FEDEX (custom rate) when they ship the order.

Please note that these customizations rely on the exact spelling of the custom shipping method.

If “Shipping charges to follow on invoice” wording is changed at all, this code will need to be updated.

- The verbiage that reads "**PLEASE NOTE: Choosing a Cost Center payment option does not mean that your order has been paid. It is not paid until the above process has been completed.**" has been added to the Billing Method section of the Checkout page and will only appear if "Cost Center" is selected as the payment method. (#9239 - November 4, 2024)
- The verbiage on the Billing Method section of the Checkout page has been updated to the specified text above. (#9239 - November 13, 2024)

The slideshow has been updated to loop back to the first slide once it reaches the last slide.[#793959 June 2 2026]
