Cannot add products to cart that have BOD as well as a different sku (Minimal Theme and Blocks)

Subcategories have custom images. If category or subcategory names are changes this will break

Shipping Note for Support:

This store uses UPS integration to charge the shopper for shipping (non-BOD items) and then the Admin manually changes the shipping method to FEDEX (custom rate) when they ship the order.

Please note that these customizations rely on the exact spelling of the custom shipping method.

If “Shipping charges to follow on invoice” wording is changed at all, this code will need to be updated.

- The verbiage that reads "**PLEASE NOTE: Choosing a Cost Center payment option does not mean that your order has been paid. It is not paid until the above process has been completed.**" has been added to the Billing Method section of the Checkout page and will only appear if "Cost Center" is selected as the payment method.
